Those who are responsible for git-ubuntu in a leadership role. This is a separate team, rather than those people merely being Administrators of more specific git-ubuntu teams, so that they are not directly members of the team that owns the git-ubuntu repositories (currently ~git-ubuntu-import). This way there is a "safety" on the read-only nature of those repositories managed only by the importer, while the owners can still add themselves temporarily as needed for ad-hoc administrative needs.
