11月27日-29日，福建省首届跨境电商博览会暨福建自贸区进口商品博览会将在福州海峡国际会展中心举行。同期还将举办雨果网线下实操会议"雨果论坛"第10期。
From November 27th to 29th, the first Cross-border E-commerce Expo of Fujian Province and Fujian Free Trade Zone Import Commodities Expo will be held at Fuzhou Strait International Convention and Exhibition Center. 雨果网采访了福州市网络贸易商会会长、福州慧凯华工艺品有限公司董事长李慧女士，探讨传统外贸企业转型跨境电商的关键问题。
Yuguo Network interviewed Ms. Li Hui, president of Fuzhou Network Trade Association and chairman of Fuzhou Huikaihua Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd., to discuss key issues in the transformation of traditional foreign trade enterprises to cross-border e-commerce.

李慧表示："传统企业转型做跨境电商有其特有的优势，最主要表现在货源方面。传统外贸企业有自己的工厂，一方面可以保证产品质量，另一方面也可以自主研发设计。"
Li Hui said: "Traditional enterprises have unique advantages in transitioning to cross-border e-commerce, mainly reflected in supply chain. Traditional foreign trade enterprises have their own factories, which can ensure product quality and also conduct independent R&D and design."
转型面临的主要挑战
Main Challenges in Transition
"关键在于人的观念必须有所突破。虽然引进新型人才也是一种做法，但公司成立了这么多年，更多人习惯原有的模式。"李慧强调观念转变的重要性。
"The key lies in the breakthrough of people's concepts. Although introducing new talents is also a solution, after so many years of operation, more people are accustomed to the original model." Li Hui emphasized the importance of changing mindsets.

李慧认为："这次展会与以往不同，接触到的多是零售商而非批发商。我们希望通过与有经验的跨境电商卖家交流，达成互利共赢。"
Li Hui believes: "This exhibition is different from previous ones, as we will mostly meet retailers rather than wholesalers. We hope to achieve mutual benefit through exchanges with experienced cross-border e-commerce sellers."
