央视网消息：海关总署11月12日出台15条新举措推动西部陆海新通道建设，重点提升跨境班列运行效率，扩大铁海联运境内段运费扣减政策范围，支持打造内陆开放综合枢纽。
CCTV News: On November 12, the General Administration of Customs introduced 15 new measures to promote the construction of the Western Land-Sea Corridor, focusing on improving the operational efficiency of cross-border freight trains and expanding the scope of the domestic section freight deduction policy for rail-sea intermodal transport, supporting the creation of an inland open comprehensive hub.

2024年是《西部陆海新通道总体规划》印发五周年。2024年1至10月，全国经西部陆海新通道进出口1.15万亿元，同比增长8.8%。
2024 marks the fifth anniversary of the issuance of the "Master Plan for the New Western Land-Sea Corridor". From January to October 2024, the national import and export volume through the corridor reached 1.15 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.8%.
目前通道物流组织方式包括铁海联运、国际铁路联运和中越、中老、中缅三向跨境公路运输，辐射125个国家和地区的542个港口，运输货物品类多达1160余种。
The current logistics organization methods of the corridor include rail-sea intermodal transport, international railway intermodal transport (China-Laos, China-Vietnam trains), and three-way cross-border road transport to Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar, radiating to 542 ports in 125 countries and regions, with over 1,160 types of goods transported.
"通道+平台"政策叠加效应显著
Significant Synergistic Effects of "Corridor + Platform" Policies
海关总署数据显示，西部陆海新通道沿线对外开放口岸达111个，综合保税区48个。2024年1至10月，沿线综合保税区实现进出口1.55万亿元，同比增长10.4%。
Customs data shows that there are 111 open ports and 48 comprehensive bonded zones along the corridor. From January to October 2024, the import and export volume of comprehensive bonded zones along the route reached 1.55 trillion yuan, up 10.4% year-on-year.
西部地区特色农产品出口迎来新机遇。前10个月，沿线省区市出口农产品268.8亿元，同比增长12.3%。重庆潼南柠檬出口占全国50%，通过新通道出口到东南亚时间可缩短10天。
Characteristic agricultural products from western regions have gained new export opportunities. In the first 10 months, agricultural product exports from provinces along the route reached 26.88 billion yuan, up 12.3% year-on-year. Chongqing Tongnan lemons account for 50% of national exports, with transit time to Southeast Asia reduced by 10 days through the new corridor.
智能化赋能口岸物流效率提升
Intelligent Empowerment Improves Port Logistics Efficiency
重庆港水运口岸(果园港区)实施"船边放行、智能分流"新模式，疏港效率提升30%以上。重庆铁路口岸建成我国内陆首个智慧铁路口岸，形成"通道+口岸+保税"对外开放格局。
Chongqing Port (Guoyuan Port Area) implemented a new "shipside release and intelligent distribution" model, improving port clearance efficiency by over 30%. Chongqing Railway Port has built China's first inland smart railway port, forming an "corridor + port + bonded" open pattern.
西部陆海新通道建设五年来，已从单纯的物流通道发展为带动区域经济发展的战略通道，为西部地区对外开放和高质量发展注入新动能。
