Describe the bug

It would seem there are 2 typos here, one in the Kconfig symbol name and one in the help text which both say this is an arena, not an area: https://docs.zephyrproject.org/latest/kconfig.html#CONFIG_COMMON_LIBC_MALLOC_ARENA_SIZE
Unfortunately it seems that fixing it would cause a fair bit of downstream breakage...
