Cherry-pick https://review.trustedfirmware.org/c/TF-M/trusted-firmware-m/+/44141 that introduces local drivers instead of fetching them at runtime.

Reverting commit 5a5eea0 by @tomi-font that previously introduced the local driver, as it conflicts with the (updated) upstream driver that is now also local. Reverting was just easiest, let me know if there is a better way.

This reverts commit 5a5eea0. Signed-off-by: Stefan Gloor <stefan.gloor@siemens.com>
All drivers required by lpcxpresso55s69 are placed in platform/common folder of NXP, copied from sdk 25.09.00. Instead of fetching drivers at run time, all required drivers are placed in platform or common directory. This is to re-use the drivers by upcoming platforms as well as keep using same drivers during zephyr builds. Thanks for this. I will cherry-pick this directly into #154 where I am updating TF-M and dropping 5a5eea0.

FYI I encountered a failure in the Zephyr CI, fixed by https://review.trustedfirmware.org/c/TF-M/trusted-firmware-m/+/45777.
