Documentation readiness.
It has been confirmed that the fast_finish flag is responsible for triggering multiple build notifications on #zftalk.dev.
src_dir is deprecated
Remove fast_finish flag
add composer.lock & update travis config

With version 2 package has been renamed from "satooshi/php-coveralls" to "php-coveralls/php-coveralls", and the script has been renamed from "coveralls" to "php-coveralls"
