🐞Bug(theme): Code group's tab's marker's width is limited and not following horizental scroll #2700

I've no idea how to fix this properly so instead of giving a PR, I would like to just raise this issue.
Reproduction
Any code-group with enough multiple tabs will cause this issue
Expected behavior
The marker should have the full-width
