How to add fade in fade out effect when switching route?

Hi, any suggestion is welcome. I know there are similar questions on SO for example, but they are based on the <route-view> component while vitepress doesn't has an explicit one. moreover I tried to add animation on .vp-doc class, this is applied on <VitePressContent> but the class name is not changed hence animation not triggered when I switch between doc pages. I think I should wrap transition just around the markdown, but how? Rewrite a whole layout file seems too annoying.

I guess there are two implementations:

1. detect route change
2. detect markdown change
