In discussion with cpaelzer, they mentioned that it would be helpful to have bug/issue labels for the MIR and SRU teams (and any others that need ACLs to control their content) so they can be pinged when bugs are submitted against their content.

Double helpful would be for this to be an automatic assignment, which should be easy enough for PRs, and if we are keeping their content together in single folders should also be possible for issues that come in, provided the URL is captured (so we may want to also implement a better-than-the-default issue template -- including for the "give feedback" button?)
