The only way (AFAIK) to alter the oLatency parameter is to directly edit Tidal.ghci (which obviously causes conflicts during an update). It would be nice to find a way to alter this without having to edit Tidal.ghci.

Context: I'm altering oLatency to fix SuperDirt playing sounds late, and I imagine a few people do this as well?
