I want to add a new class called NativeCallAttribute that will allow for a practical replacement for DllImportAttribute using a NativeLibraryBase derived class.

I'll have more information on this, as I would like to implement this before rewriting TCDFx.UI.

This issue is open to suggestions, of course.
