6.1 cherry-pick of #806
Description: Adds new Unicode script that was added in Unicode 16 to match the script enum used in the stdlib's script data.
Scope of the issue: Without this, the data returned from the stdlib wouldn't match the enum here in regex parser, so it would return the incorrect script for some scalars.
