This PR adds "Open with [ChatGPT/Claude]" buttons to the
AiToolbarcomponent added in #2673How to test:
A new tab should open with a pre-filled prompt like "Read [page URL] so I can ask questions about it".
Clicking on the Open with Claude or Open with ChatGPT button should detect which default locale your browser is using, and automatically translate the prompt should into your locale, so you can follow up with questions in that locale; otherwise it will fallback to English.
