This PR adds "Open with [ChatGPT/Claude]" buttons to the AiToolbar component added in #2673

How to test:

  1. Navigate to a page
  2. Click the arrow right next to the "Copy Markdown" button at the top of the page
  3. Choose either "Open with ChatGPT" or "Open with Claude".

A new tab should open with a pre-filled prompt like "Read [page URL] so I can ask questions about it".

Clicking on the Open with Claude or Open with ChatGPT button should detect which default locale your browser is using, and automatically translate the prompt should into your locale, so you can follow up with questions in that locale; otherwise it will fallback to English.
