….j2 and .yaml.j2 in the linting. Also fixed two yaml issues.

Currently we only run linters once the changes have been applied to downstream repositories, which is a bit late.
Ideally we'd like to catch any linter warnings before ever merging changes to operator templating and triggering PRs downstream.
