I've rewritten the draft ADR on reuse of Kubernetes components and marked the draft ADR on storage backend as superseded, as this is not a decision we have to take anymore - kube-apiserver only supports etcd.
This should hopefully reflect the current state of things and allow us to revisit this down the line, as needed.
