there's probably going to be issues using RSocketExchange in an AOT context for declarative RSocket-based clients, as there were using HttpServiceProxyFactory and HttpExchange. the root type in RSocket world is RSocketExchange. thanks to @sdeleuze for fixing the HTTP issue
