Prepare issue branch.
We now directly expose the collection name via 'MongoMappingEvent#getCollectionName()'. Therefore we added new constructors to all the events, deprecating the previous ones. Several overloads have been added to MongoEventListener, deprecating previous api. We’ll call the deprecated from the new ones until their removal.
