DATACMNS-1228 - Allow custom bean name generator

This adds a new annotation attribute nameGenerator and XML attribute name-generator to specify a custom bean name generator in the same way it's done in @ComponentScan.

@EnableRepository(nameGenerator = XYZRepositoryBeanNameGenerator.class)
