@mivano the build scripts in dev are now the latest, and the package has been retargeted to 2.0.

Once this hits master, the new build infrastructure will publish it as 4.0.0 and we can then set project.json in dev to 4.1.0-* to begin publishing pre-release builds in that series.

Anything else we need to do for this one? Fire away? Cheers! :-)

Looking good. I normally also update the changes.md and readme.md file.

@mivano Added the PR contents to the changelist, but need to fill in some gaps, might have to do it after-the-fact :-)

Build and publish succeeded; GitHub tagging failed (perms issue I've now fixed).

Putting a "dummy" build through to fix CI :-)
