I keep on removing the lang="scss", so I thought I might not be the only one.
I also saw that in your small Demo, it is not there either.

Yes it didn't add scss before when I first install this extension. And then it was updated a couple months ago. I'm using scss so it actually suites me.
Though I rarely use scoped style, I prefer global class and put them in .scss files.

No, I would accept a PR to have that be the first cursor index in case people want to delete, but ultimately, they're the snippets that I use and open source, I want scss in there because that's what I need :)
