Is SMOTE-Non Continuous implemented in scikit-learn library? #401

Has SMOTE-Non Continuous been implemented in scikit-learn library= As I can read in the comments by glemaitre on that it would be impemented in furure versions, but I cannot find any implementation to it in http://contrib.scikit-learn.org/imbalanced-learn/stable/api.html#module-imblearn.over_sampling.
Can anyone clarifiy if it has been implemented or not? Many thanks!
