as per #24247 (comment): - the `usejavacp` setting would now be `Yusejavacp` (a fork setting, rather than root) - old API (`-usejavacp`/`--usejavacp`/`--use-java-class-path`) would be preserved as aliases [Cherry-picked 628ae98]
