I just edited PR message to include [test_scala2_library_tasty]. Could you please rebase or touch the commit to trigger the CI again to ensure that we don't break the nightly build?

This PR fixes a bug related to heap management in the global initialization checker that occurs when compiling the scodec-bits community project with the -Ysafe-init-global flag.
