I'm not sure what is going on with the dangling Build on AArch64 test... maybe something to do with branch protection settings and the job being renamed? I don't have access to those settings so not sure.

@nicholasbishop Yep, looks like the change in the job name made GitHub get confused... I've disabled the check for that job for now, and will re-enable it after merging this PR.
