Added a (raw only for now) binding for
EFI_DEVICE_PATH_UTILITIES_PROTOCOL[0379be4e-d706-437d-b037-edb82fb772a4].Having safe bindings for this would be very helpful for
pass-thru, where constructing and appendingDevicePath's is necessary. But I don't know how to model a safe APi here, since this API allocates and requires the caller to free the allocated stuff.Checklist
