Remove StatementKind::Deinit. It is a remnant from the time we deaggreated MIR. Now, it is only constructed by the `LargeEnums` MIR pass, which is disabled by default.

Remove StatementKind::Deinit. It is a remnant from the time we deaggreated MIR. Now, it is only constructed by the `LargeEnums` MIR pass, which is disabled by default.
