| Thank you @calebcartwright! @Xanewok: this bump is relevant to me because it brings in support for rust-lang/rust#75857 which is shipping in Rust 1.48.0. I was hoping that the rustfmt in 1.48.0 would be able to support the newly implemented syntax. |

We've got a new rustfmt release (v1.4.22) that also includes a bump of the rustc-ap-* crates, so updating the RLS dependency references to keep the crate versions in sync
