Description
Attempting to run "Not Run Tests" from TE Run drop-down does not run any tests and disables the drop-down. Also in the right-click menu with a not run test selected after attempting the Run drop-down, the right-click menu only has the options to Run All Tests, Ignore Test, or Ignore All Tests In Group.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have some tests set up
2. With no tests yet run, Run All Tests
3. Hide Successful with the filter button in the TE Menu
4. Add a couple of new tests
5. Refresh RD
6. From the TE Run drop-down select Not Run Tests
7. Screen flickers/flashes
8. Run Menu is not accessible and right-click menu has only the options stated above
9. Note: a refresh of RD does not fix things

Expected behavior
The Not Run Tests would run and have the expected result (Success, Fail, etc.). The Run drop-down and right-click menus would have the appropriate options activated.
