Collecting all tests under the
testsdirectory.EDIT: Also removes the conditional running of syntax tests. I think it is good to run all tests on every build, the existing mechanism wasn't working 100% anyway. While this will increase the CI build time a bit, we should rather parallelize the CI build more, which I'll work on later.
