When passing a custom
--modeflag to the React Router CLI, this was honoured in app code when accessingimport.meta.env.MODE, butroutes.tswas being executed invite-nodewith the mode always set todevelopmentorproductiondepending on the CLI command. This PR updates it so we default to the current values, but always use the--modeflag value if it's been provided.
