Refactor timestamp infos :

  • use indexes?index_id_patterns= even for single indexes
  • avoid using http status codes in errors not related to a http transaction (confusing)
  • adjust tests

Refactor DS initialization

  • separate network dependent init from the base constructor
  • check for initialization in CheckHealth
  • require initialization in QueryData
