Deprecate AVFrame.interlaced_frame, AVFrame.top_field_first, and
AVFrame.key_frame.
Add AV_FRAME_FLAG_INTERLACED, AV_FRAME_FLAG_TOP_FIELD_FIRST, and
AV_FRAME_FLAG_KEY flags as replacement.
