GH-93516: match logic of codeobject.c in _co_firsttraceable calculation

In codeobject.c:

 int entry_point = 0; while (entry_point < Py_SIZE(co) && _PyCode_CODE(co)[entry_point].op.code != RESUME) { entry_point++; } co->_co_firsttraceable = entry_point; 

This is different from deepfreeze when there is no RESUME in the code.
