Might need extra input from you as I didn't get a response here #1380 (comment) and not 100% certain, though it's working fine on Windows (except for ControlShiftBackspace, though as far as I understand that's more of terminal issue) and doesn't interfere with a Linux instance
This covers the Windows part of #1380, but not the Linux part of separating BS from Del yet
I've also added handling of Control-Shift-Delete that ideally should've been added to the previous #1381, but BS and Del are kind of related anyway :)
