As a user and/or cluster administrator and/or front-end UI developer, I would like a mechanism to easily extract metrics for answering questions such as the following

1. Where is my job in the queue(s)? Is my job being properly prioritized?
2. What is the ordering of all the jobs in all queues?
3. What is MCAD's breakdown of the current resource availability?
4. How many jobs have been dispatched to date? What is the total job throughput?

The MCAD logs are helpful, but exporting relevant metrics that e.g. a Dashboard could leverage would be better. Is this already done?
