Description
Describe the bug
CollapsibleUI crashes for no discernable reason when enabled. It happens consistently after I enable CUI anywhere between a couple minutes to hours, sometimes taking a day to crash. I can't figure out why or what triggers it.
I am not sure if this is just for me or others, so I did a bunch of troubleshooting steps and poked around, didn't find anything. I looked on the BD discord issues tracker, didn't find anything relevant.
Troubleshooting steps I've done yet still encountered random crashes:
- Rebooted PC
- Updated BD and CUI to latest version.
- Disabled all plugins but CUI
- Checked the logfile myself, but I can't decypher it or figure out if there's anything useful there. I'll include it just in case it helps.
- Disabled floating panels mode.
- Disabled Remove Minimum size in BD
- Switching Discord accounts to an alt
- Uninstalled Discord with Revo, reinstalled fresh with no OpenASAR. Installed BD again and used just CollapsibleUI with no other modifications. Still crashed.
- Ran outside of Sandboxie Plus
- I tested this in a brand new virtual machine as well and the same thing happens. : (
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Install Discord stock, and then BD stock
- Enable CUI
- Wait anywhere from a couple minutes to an hour or day or so.
- BD Crashes.
Expected behavior
Client shouldn't crash after any amount of time.
