Prevent double optional return value

This fixes an issue of returning a double optional

let int: Int? = 0 let result = withErrorReporting { return int } // result is Int??

Hi @natemann, thanks for this. We've also come across this annoyance and think this is a good change. I pushed some updates and some tests. We will merge and release soon.
