This PR fixes #81 by checking the
X-Shopify-Shop-Api-Call-Limitheader and throwing an exception if the request count is below the bucket size after a 429 Too Many Requests error. This is indicative of a resource rate limit error introduced by Shopify a couple of months ago (https://developers.shopify.com/changelog/api-call-limits-will-be-applied-to-variant-creation)
