user can update time partition limit and custom partition in the same API call
user can make below changes to the existing stream - 1. time partition limit 2. custom partition send extra header X-P-Update-Header=true to make the update

enhancement for update stream
user can make below changes to the existing stream -
1. time partition limit
2. custom partition
send extra header X-P-Update-Header=true to make the update
in same API call PUT /logstream/{stream name}
