While there are numerous major package changes, the idea is to merge this at the start of the
1.5milestone, so that there are plenty of opportunities to catch regressions. My main goal with this is to improve DX and potentially start preparing migrating to App Router, which would allow us to drop tRPC and use RSC.I wish the scope could be smaller, but the peerDep requirements left very little wiggle room.
