Instead of adding Security Group and User data using offline WLST mbeans, write the data to the DefaultAuthenticatorInit.ldift file. This works around the following issues:

  1. Issue 891 - Nested groups
  2. Allows user to be not be assigned to a group
  3. the position of group / user sections in the model no longer matters. One does not need to be created before the other.
  4. Allow spaces in the names of groups
