Description

AutoMLx team conducted hackathon and participants revealed and reported multiple issues in our documentation. This PR fixes reported issues and little more.

What was done

• fixed links in data_transformation.rst
• fix links in sql_data_management.rst
• fixed link sin file_management.rst
• fixed plots and tables in ads_tuner.rst, removed params from tuner.resume(), removed NotResumableError from imports
• fixed Automated Transformation section in data_transformation.rst
• removed circular toctree references in ads.jobs.rst
• fixed code-block in index.rst
• fixed issues revealed by pre-commit check
