BaseButton ignores tooltipParams and shows raw placeholders in tooltip #1401
Description
When using BaseButton with tooltipText containing placeholders and providing tooltipParams, the tooltip renders the placeholder ({{filterName}}) literally instead of replacing it with the provided value.
