@gfudenberg @mtortora , could you take a look at this misc polykit functionality that I've generated over years?
Some of it is fairly non-contraversial, e.g. space-filling curves.
Other updates - contact-vs-distance functionality (including caching), change in the API of generate bins, and gsd file loading is more subjective. :)
