Note: while this is already merged to avoid merge conflcits with other development, it's still open to review and changes (any feedback is appreciated)

  • closes Null-safety migration  #149
  • can be reviewed commit by commit (commit messages should be helpful)
  • "apply null-safety migration" and "null safety: migrate generator" could be skipped as those are "just" applying the migration tool
  • also, those Query cDefault changes to and fro... that's because the migration tool had trouble figuring out some properties of the code

This should prevent issues when some of the packages fails to be published. Because `objectbox` is the package everyone depends on, people won't get an update unless all dependencies are out.
