Steps to reproduce:
yarn install.nx run cart:build. This is required so thatdist/apps/cartexists. You may also manually createdist/apps/cartfolder before the next step.nx run cart:run-in-dist.Note: Upgraded repository to latest nx as I noticed the regression in
@nrwl/node:webpackintroduced by nrwl/nx#10073. This was released in 14.2.4
