Event params object can be converted to inspector protocol directly. This also enables binary data, like `Network.dataReceived`, to be sent in the inspector protocol from JavaScript since JSON representation does not support plain binary data.

Event params object can be converted to inspector protocol directly. This also enables binary data, like `Network.dataReceived`, to be sent in the inspector protocol from JavaScript since JSON representation does not support plain binary data.
