Maybe an error, maybe just a warning.

This led to test failures: #1607

Unfortunately this may not be as trivial as it sounds, as the parameters are passed up through multiple superclasses, all of which may have completely different parameters. (see https://github.com/nipy/nipype/blob/master/nipype/pipeline/plugins/multiproc.py#L137)
