  1. Add install clauses for headers and libipc file;
  2. Update CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR to CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR such that
    the cpp-ipc repo can be used a submodule in another project.

The PR didn't pass the travis-ci check. Yet, the simple modification should not mess up the build process.

I checked the log, that the travis-ci didn't try to build the ipc and test-ipc targets at all, hmm.
