chore: bump axios to resolve vulnerabilities in form-data dependency

Description

This PR updates axios to a version that no longer relies on a vulnerable form-data dependency.

• Upgraded axios to the latest secure version.
• Ensures form-data is updated to a version without known security vulnerabilities.
• No functional or breaking changes are expected.
